Office Hours

v Monday, Wednesday and Thursday:  9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
v Tuesday:  9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
v Friday:  9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
v Second and Fourth Saturday of the Month:  9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Contact After Office Hours

Patients in a crisis or emergency should go to the emergency room at South Georgia Medical Center located at 2501 N. Patterson Street in Valdosta or Greenleaf Center located at 2209 Pineview Drive in Valdosta.  If you are unable to travel to these locations during a crisis, please call 911 for emergency assistance.

Appointments

All visits are by appointment only.  A 24-hour notice is required if you must cancel or change your appointment.  There is a $60.00 fee for late cancellations or "no shows."  We provide a courtesy reminder call regarding your appointment 1-2 days prior to your visit.  If you do not wish to be called regarding your appointment, please notify the staff when scheduling an appointment.  No clinical information will be left on an answering machine.  Please have your insurance information ready when scheduling a first-time appointment.
