  • Identify what you can control; what you think and can do.
  • Accept (not like) what you can’t control (feelings or events).
  • Know and practice positive stress behaviors.
  • Maintain your purpose … practice your spiritual beliefs.
  • Get enough sleep and do not skip meals.
  • Drink eight glasses of water.
  • Do not abuse drugs or alcohol.
